Like I said, I wouldn't get too wrapped-up in that list, they can be skewed.
I think it makes complete sense that the foreign makers building vehicles here have lots of domestic parts. If they had to ship them all from japan, it would be very costly and since our gov't is more friendly to foreign companies than domestic companies, they have a huge advantage to locating & manufacturing here..
