You do NOT need the other return for the backhoe-it bypasses the 3PH so it's inactive when the BH is mounted.
You only need to plumb the new valve between the "loop" hose and 3/8" QD's. | Ok sounds good. So as long as a person continued to use 'Open Center' type valves you could add more into this same loop right? That could come in handy if I wanted to put a hydraulic cylinder on the backhoe thumb someday.
