$5-7k can get you a nice B-series with a loader if you are patient, and wait for the right deal.

FEL, Woods PHD & 9" auger, and King Cutter XB-series 5' landscape rake, $7,500
If you're going to be doing a lot of
FEL work, you'll want a hydrostatic transmission, and power steering (which all the above have, that was a requirement for me).
