Default Re: Lasting Non-toxic Fence Posts..Do They Exist?

Certainly others on here have heard of or seen a ripgut fence. Everytime I attempt to bring up a link to articles, I am thwarted by some cyberghost. On my desk is a copy of The Mother Earth News, March/April, 1980, page 116. This article is listed on the web at The Mother Earth News, but the link is broken, as are a most others listed on Google.

If you have access to the materials, this could be the answer to anyone with unfriendly digging conditons, or concerns about soil contamination from treated posts.
