Here in the S.E. the DOT is replacing all the wildlife fencing along the Interstate highways...They are upgrading from 6' (I think) to 10' (I think)...I am not sure if this is happening only in the south or not...If they are doing the same thing in your area you might check with whoever is supplying the DOT for a source...I am fairly certain they are using galvanized pipe stock/caps
