Re: New Lighted TiltMeter Sounds great Kenny. I have the old one, the 2-way but not lighted. I do a lot of work at night and often flip the cabin light on a sec to see my angle, but lights would be practical for me.
When I got mine a couple years ago, I had to pay the US/Cdn exchange plus the Cdn Customs plus tax(es) and so the unit cost me over a hundred bucks. I have a nice little chrome plated "car-marker-light" that I think I may install on the dash to light it up. I used the real good double sided tape supplied and it still holds very securely so thus far I don't need the bolts or screws.
I work a lot of steep angles,..(some 25 degrees) but I have 6" wheel spacers and loaded tires so pucker factor is reduced to "cautious", "carefull" and "slow" but the meter has paid for itself many times over.
