I would say that is a pretty good price. The Kubota 3130's I have seen are advertised for around 10,000-16,000 with hours ranging 350-900. I think you should seriously consider driving that 500 miles if that is the kind of tractor you need.
Roughly 400 hours in six years translates to very little use.
