Re: 8 months later the pole building is finished!!! Thanks for the compliments. My original plan was to go with the blown in insulation which is cheaper anyhow...however, when I drywalled the ceiling I forgot to put those styrofoam channels between the trusses so now it seems that if I were to blow in insulation a lot of it would wind up falling out on the soffit. As far as the R-13 goes I am just trying to find middle ground between cost of insulation and wasting heat. I will only keep the temp slightly above freezing when it is not in use otherwise it will be around 60-70 when I am using the building. Perhaps I should do a more in depth cost analysis. It was funny looking through those photos since you get to see all four Pennsylvania seasons.
