Sickle bar
I was going to cut down some hay today and put the sickle bar on, it's a dual action and has the spring fingers that hold the bar down. While I was oiling it I noticed that one(middle on left) spring was shorter. ie end was about an 1" from where the pin hole. Then I noticed the middle one on the right side is the same way. Not sure if they broke or are made that way, but I don't remember them being different. Not sure how in the heck one would get broken, let alone 2, and symmetrically.
One more item in my list of constant aggravations with this thing.
