I was able to get in touch with an Oesco representative (www.oescoinc.com) over the weekend.

Currently two models of walk behind tractors are being imported to America by Goldoni. The Jolly 69 weighs 354 lbs. with a tiller and is powered by a 7.6 hp diesel engine. The Special Lux 128 has a 11 hp gasser and weighs in at 517 lbs. Both models incorporate a cast iron transmission and a disk plate and clutch.

These tractors are in the $4000 to $4500 range. Attachments are in the same ballpark as what I have seen offered by BCS.

A third model, the Special Lux 140, cannot be imported to the US due to EPA emissions regulations. It is powered by a 14 HP diesel. and has the same chassis as the Lux 128

Their showroom is located in Conway, Massachusetts at 8 Ashfield Road.

Not bad prices on the tractors, how about attachment prices? To bad there are not many dealers.

The prices seem to be in the same ballpark as a BCS.

I specifically asked about these attachments:
Sickle Bar: $1,045.00
5 tine cultivator: $315.00
21M tiller(adj. 22.4"-27.5"):$840.00
180* single bottom plow: $288.00

The representative told me that they have the tractors, parts, and attachments in stock.

Well now they aren't to bad either, hmmm, guess we have another choice when it comes to 2 wheeled tractors. I wonder if they have any PA dealers. I notice they weigh more than BCS, I like that

That small deisel Jolly 69 sounds quite nice. It's a heavy machine and I'm sure it would way outwork my BCS 830. Good to have more than one choice.

I used to live in Conway and they would run articulating goldonis in the parade, they rip. They also sell Ventracs now. Oesco stands for Orchard Equipment supply comapny Inc. and they are specialists in that eqipment.
