Bunn makes a home version of their commercial brewers. I don't know if you can get it at Wal Mart.

Taste is affected by lots of factors, heat of the water, how long the water is in contact with the grounds, the amount of coffee used, the grind of the bean (fine, med, etc), how evenly the water is dispersed over the grounds, even the size of the exit hole the water leaves the hopper. Also, the coffee grounds are probably the most important factor, exposure to air, for as little as 15 minutes can make it taste stale and flat.
