I have a B6100 with a FEL. Maybe you can do what Kubota did on the FEL side to run your backhoe. You can go to this post to see pictures of the setup. There are more pictures deep in the post. My tractor has no speed problems with the FEL but am not sure if yours has the same pump. If not maybe you can swap it.
