I'm really new at doing this for other people so please forgive the stupid question.
A family asked me to plow and plant haygrazer on their 15 acres and I'm not exactly sure what the going rate on this is.
I was thinking 25-30 dollars an acre for plowing it then 25-30 an acre to plant.
Since Fuel is so out of site right now I had thought about just giving them the fuel bill as a seperate expense.
Does this sound like a fair and decent price for doing this type of work or is it too much? Not enough?
I can do it all pretty fast. 100 horse 4 wheel drive tractor, 12 foot chisel plow, 10 foot disc, and I have a 10 foot mounted grass drill and a 12 foot pull behind wheat drill that I will most likely be using on the haygrazer.
