Ford 7600 , Has no PTO when the dual power is in "High" ?

Sorry, I'm not Rick but I've done a few of these. :)

Sounds like a blown seal or cracked piston in the dual power assembly. An internal leak in the dual power will drop the hydraulic pressure enough where the PTO clutch cannot lock up. Be careful running the tractor like this because either the dual power or the PTO clutch slipping will burn the clutch plates in each assembly in a matter of minutes.

Agreed. The problem is most likely to be in the direct drive circuit of the DP. It will be cheaper to fix it before more collateral damage occurs.
