135 Massey Ferguson
Have change the rear seal on the crankshaft several times and I still have the tractor leak oil at the cotter pin behind the oil pan.
Need some expert help on correcting this sisuation Has anyone had this problem
and how do I correct?
Have done this several times have replace all the gaskets that are require for this operation , like the gasket inbetween the oil seal housing and the rear oil seal also the oil pan gaskets. Is there a way to find out the correct seal for the housing?

I have went through what you have done a few time myself with about a 50-50 chance of success. This seems to be related to the main bearings being loose and ruining each new seal as soon as it is put in. Short of a major rebuild on the engine lower end, Put some Lucas in and drive on. I think you are fighting a losing battle. Ken Sweet

Yup, bearing roll.

That or it's the transmission leaking and you're fixing the wrong problem.

Change your oil pan gasket. I ran into the same problem and it was the oil pan leaking threw into the weep hole. Tore it down 3 times before someone told me about that and it hasnt leaked since.
