Interesting project. I worked for some years in Saudi Arabia under 55 degrees celsius mid summer growing crops of Corn, Wheat, Oats, Alfalfa and Rhodes grass, etc. we irrigated heavily 1000 gallons a minute through a 6 inch pipe coming from 700 feet down. Pivots were on 72 hour cycles so we could get 1 mter of water penetration otherwise the crop began to whiten off on the top. We had projects of 1000 - 2000 acres on sand in some places to sodic soils and heavier soils in the wadis. Very interesting work and probably more expensive too given todays pricing. Id love to hear more on how you are going to achieve this, and If you need any ideas, I would like to assist.
