jd 7000 planter wheel engagement to 7200 style

Does anyone know if there is a kit or way to change the way a jd 7000 planters wheel engagement/disengagement can be converted to the 7200 style? On the 7000 you have to take the chains off to transport. On the 7200 there is a clutch you turn to engage/disengage. Would make life much simplier.
