I don't have the answer you're looking for, but here's some info on the 464. (Got a 464 diesel sitting in my driveway. Belongs to a friend. Needs a clutch. Looks like I've been nominated)

Here's Nebraska test info. (test # 1126)

45.74 engine HP, 42.20 on the pto @ 2400rpm.

3.562"X4.39"/175 cu. in. 4-cylinder International Harvester engine.
8 forward gears, 2 to 22.75 mph
8.86 hp hr/gal; 4895 lbs, 95.0 db(A)

diesel is 179 cu. in 3-cylinder, producing 2 more hp on pto.

I have a book and they don't give torque just horsepower. Probably because it goes through a tranny and would change.
