"Ol Blue" , could you research Corporation Service Company as listed on the PDF as Agent. My connection is so slow this morning I wasn't able to get their page open. Confidentiality may prevent them from talking to us but what I would like to know is "Did any of the execs of Farmtrac,NA or Long or Beaver Creek start new corporations since the time this started?" If so, "How well were they capitalized?"

How do blue ticks trail across water? This trail might end in a bank in Switzerland.

Longtrman,

How? Doggie paddle. Isn't pretty or speedy, but functional.
Switzerland, eh? Swiss cheese, Swiss Miss, Swiss money... That'd work.

Promise to keep you and the FNA TBN posse posted.

For those of you who are interested in buying a piece of Farmtrac equipment, you will have to wait a while longer. The financing company has made it virtually impossible for most dealers to sell anything. Dealers can't sell equipment unless they give up all of their legal rights, including one of our country's most cherished rights, the right to jury trial. The financing company is requiring dealers to give up every legal right including the right to dispute a bill. No dealer can agree to this, so tractors will just have to sit. Stay tuned to this site, dealers will let you know when the financing company wants to start selling tractors.

I hope "they" remember how fast the Kudzu grows in the South and how hot the sun is on the pretty blue tractors!

Case
Case-man,

When explained that way, it evokes a two-word term used in one of my undergrad business classes:

Economic siege.

Once again, the wealthy aristocrats have placed their hands around the throats of the working folk and are attempting to constrict every last ounce of life from them.

Ba**ards.

For the dealers, I hope it has a Marvin Hagler-like effect after being hit by an opponent: "... just makes me madder."

Not to get off the subject too much, but the reason you see so much foreign ownership of business like hotels and convenience stores, etc is because if a foreign buyer buys a certain size business, he can get legal residence status for his whole family to run the business.
