Yes it probably could...but I would looke into an older large tractor with a 15' batwing...

what model and what should i expect to pay, i've never owned a tractor but am partial to ford and blue, so i guess i would look at new holland , and with winged mower can the wings be raised for example to go between trees thanks

Sure they can be raised for transport, I would look at something like a Ford 5000/6610/etc., anything over say 65hp should be fine...lots of blue tractors in that range over the years. You could get into an older machine for less than 10K and then probably spend 6-8K on a good 15' batwing...
