I need help on my Long 460 power steering. My tractor power steering was working perfect when I parked the tractor about 2 months ago and now when I fired it back up the power steering is hard to turn. My fluid was milky so I changed the fluid and cleaned the filter in the powesr steering canister. It still acts the same. Any sugestions ?
