Oil & Fuel HIGH OIL PRESSURE

I HAVE OWNED A DEUTZ-ALLIS 5220 FOR YEARS GOOD TRACTOR. IT HAS DEVELOPED HIGH OIL PRESSURE (75PSI) CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT CAUSES THIS?

Could be a faulty pressure sender or gauge if it is electric.
I would verefy the pressure with a manual gauge screwed directly in the block port.

It could also be a stuck pressure relief valve

Like Bison said, as well it could be a turned insert restricting oil flow, hopefully not....Mike
