Hi all

Is there an easy way to grease the back U-joint on driveline of Woods 840 brush hog? I have safety guard on and it's hard to guide the grease gun to the fitting. Also, I cant really see if fitting is taking grease. Is it easier to take guard off and how would one do that? Or is there some trick to greasing this thing with safety cover on?

Cheers.....Coffeeman

NOPE!

I've owned one for 2-1/2 years. I takes a contortionist with nimble fingers and lots of patience to grease that fitting. BTDT.

I've had better luck using a grease gun with a solid "pipe" as opposed to a flexable hose.

I have a BB600 and it is hard to do that one.

Just have to keep at it - and no, it hasn't gotten easier with practice. At least not for me.
