Kubota L4330 Hydro Shibaura SD2203
I just came into a bit of money and was wondering what a BH90 would set me back. I want to install it on a Kubota 4330 Hydro. Does anyone have any experiance with this setup and if so how does it preform?

Hoes are in the range of $1000 per foot of digging depth. Cheaper hoes are less expensive.

Kubota, Woods, Bradco are three very good quality hoes. They will slot into that 1000/ft range.

Other hoes from Italy, S.Korea, China are going to cost less - but won't have the same fit/finish/quality nor the robustness to stand up to rugged constant use. You may not need that, so the choice is up to you and your uses.

Your 4330 could handle an 8 1/2 or 9' hoe pretty easily (full under frame). You may need to build a frame yourself if you don't go with the Name Brands.

I ungraded last year to a new Kubota GL4330 (hydro) with the 853 FEL and the BH 90 backhoe, from a B7800 with the Kubota matched backhoe. A world of difference in mounting/dismounting, digging power and general all around uses. We just added a thumb this week to the hoe. Makes loading ripped out stumps just plan fun. The subframe mount for the backhoe, when the hoe is not mounted can catch and bend the 3 point stablizers if they are not adjusted to clear the mount. Don't ask how I know it twice!!
