Fixed it.

Turns out the original bushing or whatever must have gotten boogered up. So, it was cut out, and a new one was welded in, which was about 1/8" too wide. I just too the sawzall to it and cut a sliver off of it. It fits now, and all is well.

Glad to hear it. Please be careful of that auger and pto shaft. I think PHD's have been voted "most dangerous implement" several years in a row. I treat mine like it's a angry snake, that is to say I have alot of respect for it.
