Hello.
Just bought a 6' hoe for my Kama 25 HP. Has a sub frame with it but not made for my model----I knew that when I bought it. Rather than use the factory hook up (after I modified the mounting brackets) I can see it would still be a pain to get this off and on. You would need to disconnect the lower 3 point control arms then drive over the sub-frame and stop in the exact spot where the brackets go and wiggle the sub-frame around with the hoe to get it to slip into the exact grooves where the brackets fit into each other. Looks like are real headache to me. I would rather get those brackets that you weld to the undercarriage and to the sub-frame that let you drive right over the frame and "click" it into place. Anybody know where I can get them or have an even better way to get a hoe with a sub-frame off and on easy---and quick???????
Thanks , George

I will be following this thread as I have the same needs. I have built a frame for my hoe that I set it on. It does make it a bit easier to put on and take off, but if there is something quicker I am interrested.

Thought I had a pic, but will have to wait till I get home.

Sounds like you are thinking of a factory attach system for JD or K? Have you visited the local JD or K dealer and looked at what they have for BH attachment strategy? Might be worth it. Call and ask the shop manager when would be good time to drop by and jaw bone a BH attach idea. If it's morning - bring donuts. If afternoon bring or buy pop. You can do a lot of talking if the guy has a wet whistle.
