In light of seeing trailer towing posts, I decided to show the construction of a 3ph receiver hitch I made. I had the original receiver hich left over after installing a Titan V hitch on the ol Cummins. I cut off the ends and welded on 1" plate that was sawn to 2.5 x 2.5 and drilled for the lift pins. Then I fabbed the upright out of 2 x 2 tubing and added the small brace. It only took about 2 hours to build and I think I have $10 into it. Of course after it was done I had to paint it "Kioti" orange /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif. If you dont have spare receiver hitches laying around, they can be found for cheap used sometimes.

Miklos,
Thanks for sharing, looks very nice, did you say "Kubota Orange"/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gifOne of these are on my project list as soon as I find the time. Of course my engineering will have a lot to do with what scrap materials I have lying around. As is probably true for most of us.
