Anyone have one of these slip clutches from Agri Supply. I am looking for one for my rotary cutter and these seem to be the most economical priced slip clutches at $64.95. My RC is a 72" model not sure what the rating of the gearbox is but looks like it should work for my RC.

Looks exactly like the one on the KK Rototiller we use on a L3450. It gives no trouble.

I have had one on my 5' rotary mower for 3 years, no problems.

Hi luremaker,

Have one on my logging winch & it works fine--it is the same as they sent with the King Kutter tiller...

Only complaint would be attachment (2 bolts instead of springed pin or ball bearings)... adds that much more labor to the periodic "slipping" clutches need if regular work isn't causing slippage/beginning of season plate polishing...

The manufacturer is EuroCardan. They are OEM suppliers to King Kutter, LandPride, and hundreds of other manufacturers. You will not have a problem if you get the proper shaft. Make sure you use the same series size shaft or larger for the replacement shaft. Shafts are not just shafts, you need to match the HP requirements for the implement with the replacement shaft. You also need to match the OEM specifications for the safety device or clutch. You can down load an identification chart for PTO's on this link.

Thanks for the info CCI, I am using the shaft that came with my RC. I have lots of rocks here and decided I should add a slip clutch. So I am looking for a slip clutch by itself. I thought any 1-3/8" splined slip clutch would work. I have never broke a shear pin but thought the slip clutch would be added protection.

To use your current PTO shaft you will need to purchase the 1 3/8" round bore male to 1 3/8" female round bore clutch if you have a shear pin.

You are right! After reading your post I checked my RC and it has a round bore male with a hole for the shear pin. Thanks again. BTW does CCM ship to Canada?
