I'm thinking about buying a King Kutter II 6ft. tiller. I have a Kubota 4wd tractor with 38 hp at pto. Ther specs for this tiller call for 35-50 hp bit do not indicate if that is engine or pto hp. My soil is heavy clay for the most part. This tiller does not appear to have an offset so the 5ft model would not cover my tracks. I would appreciate comments for sugestions from anyone who has this tiller.

Thanks,

Guy

I've owned one for a number of years. It's been tortured with no ill effects. I've used mine enough to wear out one complete set of tines. I've used it on a 60hp (pto) tractor at times, and on as small as 37 hp (pto) with good results. We have rocky, clay based soil. My PERSONAL opinion is, you'll be fine with that tiller and your tractor.
