Hello,
For those of you who have the Pat's Easy Change Hitch, did your hitch come with the U bolts that go around the 3pt arm? There is no inventory of what is supposed to come with it, but from reading the directions it appears they should have been included. I have the nuts and washers that go with them. I was looking forward to using the hitch Sunday, but my plans may now be delayed. Thanks in advance.

Yes, two U bolts and a passel of parts came with mine... a couple of different types of shims for use on different lift arms...

Pat's is an excellent piece of equipment, has been discussed many times on this site, a superb record of customer satisfaction. I'd recommend calling them and explaining what you got and think you are missing.

I had a spring break after several months, called them, and they shipped replacements out immediately.

Call them, they will undoubtedly resolve your concerns.

I recommend you go ahead and install the hitches on the arms and try attaching your favorite implement to see if your top link is long enough still. The U bolts are not critical, in my opinion. Some discover that they need to get a longer top link (or hydraulic top link) after installing PAT'S. Figure that out while you are waiting for your U bolts.

Concur with Texasjohn....had my Pat's Easy Change for 2-2½ years now.

I do suggest ordering a ½ dozen extra bent washers. They're pretty easy to lose.

I'm sure they were supposed to be there too. I received my system and installed it today, works great. If you really want to use it you could probably get some at the local hardware store. Ask Pat's to send you more linch pin washers in trade. :D

I want to give thanks to Greenwell Mfg. I received my Pat's Easy Change and installed them, they work great. I had a question about the product, e-mailed them, and was answered back quickly, and with more than I expected.

No apology necessary. I called this morning and talked to a very nice lady. She said she would get them out today. I went ahead and put them on the lift arms and with a little more adjusting of the set screws they will be great. A truly great product and even better customer service.
