That's what I have. Some of my implements won't work with the top link hook so I bought the optional top link...link. It works great.

I bottle jacked the bottom arms a little wider and added a few pieces of flat bar on the top adjustment.

I did the same and now all implements fit OK

Does HF offer the adapter bracket for the top link hook? It is illustrated in the owners manual but the part itself does not appear when searched for on the web site. Does anyone have a part number or suggest best way to obtain one (in store or web site, etc)? Thanks.

Yes they have or had an adapter. It's not in the catalog or web page. Call their customer service and ask for Item #29309, Description "93691 Hitch Adapter.
