Found a used PeCo vac system which looks pretty good but
was wondering how well the impeller holds up and works. It
seems to be cast Al. Also, what is the suggested size (volume)
for a 60" MMM?

Any thoughts,
Michael

I have a peco vac on my JD1145 it is hyd. dump and we have never had any problems with it. I am not sure what the impeller is made of as this is a heavy duty commercial unit. I have had to replace the boot once as one of my employees decided to get friendly with a tree.

donc,

Thanks for the reply. Hard to find any info on the peco units.
This appears to be an older unit, probably homeowner line, and
out of production. Looks well built but not complete and not sure
of the peco name. This is cloth bags and manual unload. Hose
appears missing and runs off a B&S engine. I'll have to keep
digging.

Thanks,
Michael

njdeere,

Are you speaking from personal experience? Which model do you
have and have you had any problems? I'm looking at a "super twin" which isn't listed on their website. Actually I checked there
first and they don't have very large images or much for specifications. I've had to call and leave messages to try to
find out what model they recommend for the BX (don't know yet).
They did call back to say the "super twin" isn't in production anymore, but didn't suggest anything.

Thanks for the reply,
Michael
