I found this Sears Suburban Cat 0 plow for practically pennies and wanting to cut the small lower pin/arms off and add square stock to 26"wide for Cat I hookup. The plow is about the same size as a normal 10" plow in good condition.

Any ideas or anyone done something like this?

I just cannot see paying $300 for a new/used moldboard and do the same thing with this.

Again Bill, you cannot label a TPH implement as Cat 0 by virtue of lift pin spacing alone. Of more import to the Cat 1 tractor, is the diameter of the lift pins. Cat 0 lift pins are 5/8" diameter, Cat 1 are 7/8". Even if you have <26" pin separation, a 7/8" pin still makes it a Cat 1

This plow does have the 5/8 pins on it. I want to take this and remove the arms and replace with 1 1/2 square tube and add 7/8 pins on the end so it will fit my Mitsubishi Cat I.

Has anyone ever done this?

I understand what you are saying Greg and maybe I am confusing myself by stating it the way I did.

I cannot get my Cat I arms on my TPH to get any closer than about 20 inches on center and on this plow they are about 12inches.

Just my 2 cents worth but I would probably take my square tubing and fit it over the existing arms cut it to the length you need it Then weld the square tubing tothe plow over the existing arms and then you can buy weld on cat 1 pins at any tractor supply store. Weld the pins on to the end of your square tubing. Use thick wall tubing to me that would be the simplest thing to try first.
