Value of used Kioti 60" Finish Mower

I replaced my Kioti KRM03-60 Finish Mower with a ZTR last spring. I am interested in selling it and would like to know what it is worth. I have owned it since May '04 and have used it for approx. 50 Hours. It has been garaged kept, no dints or dings, little paint chipping. I would have to refill tires once a month during mowing season and greased all fittings at same time. I believe the belt is okay. I didn't notice during delivery but there was not much adjustment left to tighten belt then and now there is none. It wasn't slipping last time I used mower. I would look for shorter belt when replacing. Blades could be replaced if looking for excellent results. I have sharpened original ones quite a few times and they do okay job but I know better ones are available. Like I said earlier, it does not have solid tires so they usually have to be filled with air about once a month. Could someone please give me an idea what it is worth. Thanks.
