Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to pass along a formal product announcement for the Delta Hook Rapid Hitch System. You may have seen mentions of this product in discussions, or have seen their ads here on TractorByNet.com. Feel free to discuss this product in this thread, and of course check their website at Delta Hook Homepage for more information. The manufacturer has provided us with this this informational video as well as the product description below. The Delta Hook Rapid Hitch System ![]() The Delta Hook is a rapid quick hitch system designed to allow you to safely and easily change your tractor implements. A snap to install, the Delta Hook is simple and safe to use. Once the plates are attached, simply back towards the implement you want to hook up, stopping when the control plate meets the receiver plate. The lifting arms are then used to raise the control plate up and into the receiver plate, lifting the implement. The Delta Hook automatically aligns and locks into place. Changing implements used to take 25 minutes and 2 people. Now 1 person can perform the same task in an average time of 1.5 minutes! Safe - Simple - Solid Why not make your life easier today? Category 1 or 2 Systems Available! More information at: Delta Hook Homepage

I called the company and the initial kit has the control plate and 2 receiver plates. I was confused by the pricing being so off between the kit and individual pieces. I like the ease of use this product offers, however for the price I am still leaning toward the Pat's easy change system. I only have to switch between the mower, cutter, box blade and rear blade.

There are several systems very similar to this out there. I've looked at them over the years but with over a dozen attachments the $$ just add up too fast.

Pretty pricey... I get by fine with Pat's Easy Change, a hydraulic top link and the PVC removable pipe extensions I made to the 3PH control so I can work it and the hydraulic top link from behind the tractor.

I get by just fine with the standard bare 3ph... and absolutely no worries about compatibility issues like with all the various "quick hitch" products.
25 minutes and 2 people to change implements? Gimme a break... ![]()
