Caroni Finish Mower - Any Reviews?

I'm wavering between the Caroni and a LandPride. There's a $400 difference between them and the local support for LandPride is pretty good. .

I did not realize Landpride made one that cost under $2100. That is pretty good for a US made flail. I haven't seen any reports on the Landpride.

I have had a caroni finish mower for about five years and in that time all I have done is replace blades and one spindle that I broke when I hit apiece of pipe and keep it greased. I get my parts from agri-supply and they are very reasonably priced. when it comes time I will buy another one.

I can't speak for their finish mowers but I have a Caroni tiller and just love it. I think they seem to make high quality products.

looking at the 71" caroni finish mower from ASC any one else have one?

have bought form ASC before good company looking at 1700.00 total price shipped to me


beats EA price by $600.00 ant thoughts

I have a 20 year old Caroni 5 foot side discharge that has had the snot beat out of it. I used it hard - especially after the first ten years when it played second fiddle to the 5 foot side discharge Land Pride. It still lives on the little Ford 1210 it was originally bought for. It looks terrible and cuts very nicely. When I replaced the B7500 with the L3200 early last summer, the dealer gave me a deal I couldn't resist on a 6 foot RD Land Pride ($1,795). I was considering a Caroni from ASC but the Land Pride won.
