attachment storage--outside

While a container would certainly meet my, and the tractor's, needs, this is one storage solution I know, with certainty, would not meet with my wife's approval. /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

I too, never have enough storage. I have several buildings, but always seem to need them for other purposes. I do manage to keep all the tractors under roof. For some implements I make shift. This attachment does not show the 3p backhoe, because it is on a tractor at present, but this is the garage to keep the hot sun from aging the hoses. Learned that the hard way. Put legs unused portion of an old tank to make cover for it.

Get yourself some 6 X 6 pt post scraps a foot or two long to put UNDER your stuff (if your puttin them on the ground). I went to put the FEL on my Case DC during the blizzard of Jan 1996 and the bucket was stuck fast to the ground. Spent the better part of a day with digging iron before I got it un stuck!

On my old fergy and impliments, I use spray on fish oil which costs $1 US per can, it prevents rust and lubricates. I have also used discarded vegetable oil, painted on, it also does a good job at preventing rust.

Attached is a pic of my fergy which I have only had a few months, and a NH450 finger mower, both are pretty tatty but work well.
