I ordered one last week. I'm having trouble with my order. I ordered the aluminum and they sent me a invoice for a steel canopy. I called and they said they would send me a new invoice. Not 2 hours later I received a call from the original salesperson and he told me the warehouse had already shipped the steel one. Note that I had not paid yet. the sales guy said that was unusual for them to ship so fast. It usually takes 3 days after they get the order. No mention from him that I still have not paid yet. He told me that he will track down the shipment and get it back to the warehouse. It sounds good to me. I received the new invoice and paid via Paypal. This was on Tuesday. Today I come home from work with a message on my phone. It's AAA Cooper calling about delivery. That has to be about the steel one. Tomorrow I have to call Wells and Cooper to straighten this mess out. Does it ever end?
I will update TBN after some calls. BTW, the company is Tractor Canopy even though it's through Wells Ag.

Anyone know a source for just the brackets ?
I have sheet material, though I'm considering making up something in canvas, just as a sun shade. That would require a frame, a bit more work but manageable. B'sides, I'm too cheep to go to almost $400 for a sunshade and I'm thinking that sheet metal might be dangerous as an unsupported roof if I get under low branches. I know, "Look where you're going" (-: |

First, I would like to thank everyone for the kind words about our canopies.
The reason I stopped in was to clarify a few things. First and foremost, we are a wholesaler only. We will direct ship our product for any of our dealers, but we do not do direct to consumer sales. The company Tractor Canopies is an online retailer that purchases canopies from us and we direct ship for them. That is as far as that relationship goes. They are a completely different company that we have no control of. We just build and ship the orders they give us when they give them to us. I am sorry for any confusion this has caused. Thanks, Kevin, for clearing that up, and for reasons unknown to me, your link did not work, at least for me, so I edited it so it does work. If it now does not work for anyone else, please let me know and I'll try something else.

I will post tomorrow on the results but I feel like everything will be right. Mr. Wells. Thank you for posting. I had a feeling that Tractor Canopies was a retailer of your products and not directly linked.
