Default Woods Box and Rear blade experiences?

I'm probably going to be buying a new box and rear blade to go with the new m59 - Woods HBL 96-2 rear blade and woods SR30 box blade, with the retractable scarifiers.

Anyone had any experience with either, good or bad?

Thanks

Neat stuff - ATI Preseeder, Hydraulic PHD, Wallenstein BX62r Chipper, Millonzi Grapple, CA 4n1 Bucket. Delta Hook Rear QA system.
Too many other random attachments to list (or to own, per my gf) and a really bad tool addiction. But at least I haven't bought a dump truck or bulldozer. Yet.

I have smaller versions on a B7610. I have a GB60 box blade and an RB60 rear blade. I used the box blade for a lot of grading and the rear blade for primarily snow removal. I have been extremely satisfied with both. I think the build quality of Woods implements is very good.

Yeah, I have the GB60 too, its been fine, though I haven't used it much. I wonder if I should sell it when I get the new one or whether its worth keeping to use with my 3030. Probably is.

Charles:

I can relate to having a bad tool disorder (probably along with a couple of others ), but if you really have not fully utilized your current boxblade I would just keep it unless its width is less than your B3030. I really do like my Woods GB60 though. Jay

The GB60 is fine for the b3030, but the new M59 will pretzel it

Charles - take a look at the Gannon Boxes. I just got the HK60 ($2,000) for my B3030. The thing is a Hoss. I went with manual retracting scarifiers to keep life simple. I can adjust from the seat. I really need to take some pix for y'all. My sales guy (Woods & Landpride dealer) even commented that it was "pretty darn rugged" (he had to order it in).

For some ridiculous reason the woods website does not have much info on the gannon scrapers, but attached is some info I came up with via google.

File Type: pdf gannon.pdf (89.0 KB, 37 views)

had to zip this one since it is a hair above the file limit

basically it is an old MSRP price sheet in pdf format - it has all the model numbers and will give you a rough idea of price.

EDIT
Not working for some reason - here a direct link got it from wadetractor (pdf)

Forgot to mention - a (very) brief comparison:

SR30 - 1,1134#, Gannon's heaviest 84" is 1,526#

huh. I figured the woods and gannon lines had merged. I'd really appreciate it if you could post some pics - do you have the reach back handle to raise and lower the scarifiers?

nope - not merged (well not yet anyway). yes there is a handle you reach back for. They also make a hydraulic version, which if I had three remotes I would have gotten - it wasn't much more expensive.

this thread shows a picture of john_bud's unit boxblade uses
