My nephew has some Stewart-Warner/Hobbs lights on his quad (they were replacements for the OEM's that met their demise as a result of another nephew's ummm.. bad judgement ). Anyway, the lights are a wide angle flood, which do a great job of illuminating about 30-40 feet out, but, everything beyond that is a black hole. We're trying to get replacement sealed beam assemblies in a "trapezoid" configuration to get some more illumination a bit further out, BUT, we can't seem to find the replacement sealed beams, at a decent price, anyway. The one distributor we found wants $29.00 for the beam (the whole light assembly only cost $25.00 ).
The lights are 3" x 5", and the replacement sealed beam assembly is S-W/Hobbs #72801-11.
Anyone know of a source?
TIA,
