Need a set of forks
Does anyone have any opinions on these? With a 200CX loader on a 2320 tractor I definitely do not need a heavy set that can handle more weight than my tractor has the ability to lift. I could make a set but would rather buy a set.

Re: Need a set of forks
Gizmo,
I was looking at that site earlier today. They seem like a good fit. I did find a few posts on recommending them. I am going to check with my local JD Dealer on cost and weight of the Frontier forks.

Re: Need a set of forks
Keep me posted. I called my dealer and they said the guy I need to talk with is out of the office until Thursday, imagine that. I did call Everything Attachments and they said the unit for the JD 200CX has been a good seller, yeah ok.

Re: Need a set of forks
Don't the Frontier forks weigh in at over 300lbs?

Good question...The Frontier site did not list weights.

Re: Need a set of forks
I was looking at something close to that, decided to go with a loader bar option. It attaches to my reinforced bucket and the forks attach to it, also allowing other options such as grapples and other attachments that I can use with my bucket and not have to remove it when I want to use forks or other things.
Just an option, plus it will be much easier to change between them.

Re: Need a set of forks
I purchased a set of these forks for my JD 3320 just last month. I put around 20 hours on the tractor moving brush with them on our property. I was considering a set of the Payne's debris forks, but I'm happy with this decision as the fork carriage provides much better visability for what I'm using them for.
They seem to be well built and I like the fact that the forks are fixed and tilt back or "dump" the load if I need. The max fork spacing is about as wide as the loader/bucket bracket, and they narrow down to about 6 or 8 inches I guess.
I'm within the free delivery zone and they showed up in about 3 business-days. Some assembly required, but no big deal. I suggest loc-tighting the nut/bolt that hold the fork rod onto the carriage.
Bottom line: I would buy from this company again.
