I am purchasing a package deal of attachments here locally from an individual who is downsizing. One of the items was something I haven't seen before or even knew they made them this small. It is the ORSI VMC mower model RB 111. Looking at the specs, it is a 30 inch boom mounted flail mower which only requires a minimum of 25 hp and 2500 lbs. tractor weight. Most compacts would be able to run it. It is totally self contained, just hook to the TPH and attach stabilizers. Your PTO powers the hydraulics on it and the valve assembly has long enough hoses to reach the operator. This thing appears to have seen very little use. Anyways, I have access to a large one that mounts to a full size tractor so I will be looking to sell this one. I wanted to see if anyone would have any interest in it before I hit the ebay world with it. I will be attaching it to my 3520 and testing it before selling it. I will have pictures of it available when I get it attached. Here are some links where I found info on it. If anyone has any experience with these things, please chime in. Thanks. Welcome to landmec

I would definitely be interested in hearing about how your experiment running goes and would be very interested in the unit!

I don't have a price yet. I hope to pick it up first of the week, attach it, and run it to check everything. Looking at it, it looks as good as new but I want to be sure. Northland Holder said it retailed for about $7000. I will probably have asking price at half of that. I will have pics of it when I get it. Also will let everyone know how it worked and any problems with it.

Rear mulcher w/ a "finishing" front flail with, I'd guess, heavy knives to crop the stump stubble?

Ironhorse, how does the 110 handle the cutters? As far as hydralic flow? I'm planning on buying a 110 but I keep going back to a mini ex and track skidsteer instead. I should note I'm using them for personal use and I won't have anyone else to run the mini and skid together.
