Atlas Implements ? ? ? ?

Could anyone please provide me some info on Atlas implements. I have searched the internet and I keep running into dead ends.

Is Big Bee and Atlas Equipment made by the same company? Is that company in Mississippi? If so does anyone have some contact info on them, I am from Mississippi and and tying to get in touch with the folks that make Atlas Disks.
I am wanting to purchase an Atlas Disk Locally in MS, An auction here in MS carries them new, but they (the implements) dont have any info on them, The person who sells them said they are made by Atlas. They appear to be very well made, I just dont want parts to become in issue if/when I need them.

Does anyone have any Atlas Implements that has any Contact info on them??

I dont know if Atlas and Big Bee are the same. I know BIg Bee Sales in Siciliy Island LA is owned by the brother of the owner of Big Bee Manufacturing in Mississippi. Big Bee Sales has a web page.
