Default Replacing a cuttershaft bearing

I have to replace a blown cuttershaft bearing on a Mott 72 flail mower and I don't have a manual. It looks like I can support the mower and prop up the shaft, then remove the bearing & housing and replace it.

Has anyone here done this or have some insight on how best to go about doing this?

TIA

Peter

Mott was bought out byAlamo in 1983. You might try contacting either Alamo Industrial or Rhino and seeing if either could help you with a manual.
