Default Packed roads

I had my timber thinned and the timber trucks going back and forth so many times has the road beds packed like concrete. I would like to seed the roads with wildlife seed. Does anyone have any ideas about turning these hardpan roads into cut up soil I can plant seed in. Thanks for any ideals.

I'd just run a disk over them several times so the soil is worked up a little, If you work it up about 3 or 4 inches that will be enough to set the seed started.

My forest roads are like soup. I'm dreaming of hard packed road!

Chain harrow would work, or any type of plow.
