The Dura-Grader looks like it does a great job with minimal effort. Probably one or two passes and you have it. The one thing I do like about it is, it works the material towards the center of the road and minimizes lost material along the edge. Good results can be achieved with a landscape rake-front blade or landscape rake-FEL bucket, but it usually takes at least 4 passes to get it looking as good as the Dura-Grader. If you have a long road to maintain I'm sure the Dura-Grader would be the way to go.

I have a roadrunner, 7', which I bought because it was available with a hydraulically operated roller which acts both as "gauge wheels" and as a roller with the entire weight of the grader on it ... here is link to site w. pic showing roller.
Roadrunner Construction Equipment - Grader/Spreader/Maintainer - Built Heavy!
The 7' with the roller is just at the limits of what my tractor can handle, but does a great job ...especially compacting crusher run
