I've run my 13 KW PTO generator for many years on a standard old KK carry-all. You're little 9 KW will do just fine. I used a thick piece (1") of plywood to span between the carry-all arms and to mount the generator to. There is plenty of room for the generator pto shaft to come right through the carry-all opening. One thing to pay attention to when running the setup is to adjust the generator drive shaft as close to straight as possible by adjusting the 3-pt top link in or out and setting the lower links accordingly. To help stabilize the setup, I've occassionally slipped a couple of car jacks under the back end of the carry-all arms and lowered the setup (somewhat) onto the jacks, but still the bulk of the load is held by the 3-pt.
I've run everything in the house off of this, including the large starting loads of the well pump, wash machine, and air conditioner. Yes, you can tell (barely) when one of these kicks on, but it' no more than a little twitch of the setup and the tractor governor stepping up.
