That's a Case plow, sold to fit VAC's. ('40's model) There's a couple on our local Craigslist now. (One for $100, better one for $225) The VAC that plow was meant to fit didn't have 3-point.... It was a mounted plow, but not the "mounted" most are used to. You almost need to see one in person to get the entire picture of how it worked.
OK....Making a 3-point plow outta one that isn't....: Not THAT difficult if you understand plow geometry. Plow needs to sit dead level when in operating position. (one wheel in a furrow, plow 7" or 8" "in the ground") Center of DRAFT LINE needs to run centered on tractor. Wheels of tractor need to sit just in plow furrow and equal distance fron centerline on opposite side. SOME adjustment will be possible with tractor's linkage, but for the most part, the plow needs to be properly oriented to the tractor from the start. Then you build a SOLID 3-point hitch "triangle" .
