I just bought A 60" KK Tiller . While I was hooking it up to the tractor I noticed that the Tines only protrude past the side skid plates by about 3".
My understandind is that the tiller is supposed to till 6" to 7" deep. Won't the skid plates keep it from going into the ground to full depth? They are adjustable but the 3" is with them raised all the way up. This is probably a dumb question but the math just doesn't add up to me. I haven't used it yet since it is to wet. The unit seems well built and fits my B2920 Kubota perfect.
Any operational advice would be appreciated, thanks!
