Pat's Easy Change Problem with Pat's EC system and my boxblade

Looks good, Kebo!!!

I'm about to pull the trigger on some sort of quick hitch system myself once I finally make up my mind which to get. I'm tired of wrastlin' implements.

Thanks Charles, and thanks for the offer to help with your plasma cutter. The PEC made a HUGE difference in just hooking the BB back up to the tractor. It took all of about 20-30 seconds to align the Easy Change to the pins, back up to it easy, then raise the arms to lock in the PEC, and it was done! SO much easier now, this may turn out to be the best $190 I ever spent!!

Geez....you CUT that box blade??? Why I wudda given you a thousand dollars for that box blade.....if only you hadn't cut it!! ;)

Nice work Kebo....that box will never know you trimmed it down....looks pretty heavy duty. :D

I had to learn the hard way on the HF quick hitch too....before buying the PEC.....Making the switch to Pat's was worth it to me.

Looks good kebo. I have given up on the Harbor Freight QH and my KK tiller, I have cut the hooks down to the point that they will now slip between the tiller frame and the pins, but I can't see the hooks when backing up because the QH frame is in the way. I don't see how anyone uses any similar design at all, on any implement. Others must be a better judge of where the hooks are than I am, because you certainly can't see them. Or maybe it's just me. Once I calm down I may try it again.

I believe there will always be some problem, be it large or small, with the way we hook up implements no matter what system we use. Do not have one but I will exclude the Delta system in this discussion. The only solution I can come up with is to buy a tractor for every implement and once hooked up all problems are solved. Now, to talk the wife into this.

don't forget - you'll need more acreage and outbuildings to store them all in, another building for the shop so you can do all your maintenance, and a bunch of new guns to defend them against goldurned thieves...
